Shipping policy

In stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped to your delivery address. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. 

Tracked shipping is fulfilled by CTT (National postal service of Portugal) and the national postal carrier in your country of delivery.

Delivery times may be impacted during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and other holidays.

EU Orders:                                                                                                                            Free delivery is included on orders over €80 shipping to Ireland and the EU.            Orders under the value €80 will be subject to a flat postage fee of €10.   

UK Orders:                                                                                                                               Free delivery is included on all orders over €100 shipping to the UK. All orders under the value €100 will be subject to a flat postage fee of €15. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the U.K. customs authorities. 

International Orders:                                                                                                          Free delivery is included on all International orders over €200. Orders under the value €200 will be subject to a flat postage fee of €25. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
